Job Duties: Ensures the general cleanliness of assigned areas. Sweep, mop, polish and vacuum floors. Remove and dispose of trash. Perform major cleaning operation such as floor stripping and waxing, or cleaning carpets.. Minimum Qualifications: At least one year of experience in janitorial work. Valid driver's license/must be familiar with power tools. Ability to read and write in English. Ability to lift 15 - 44 pounds. Use both hands, good vision near and far. Ability to reach over shoulders, kneeling and occasionally climb ladders.
