Manages activities of project engineers, contractors, consultants, and other staff. Provides direction during the planning, design, and construction phases of assigned projects to assure a quality project is produced in a timely and cost-effective manner. Effectively and efferently tracks/monitors project costs. Minimum Qualifications: Associates degree in civil engineering or related field. Minimum of three (3) years hands-on construction field work experience in structural construction or a related systems trade. Prior budget management experience desired......Highly desired PMI training and a PMP certification.
