Job Duties:
Job Duties/Description: Assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, or problems related to products and services. Handling both inbound and outbound calls, providing information, and resolving issues. Ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication via phone and/or email. Taking orders, entering them into systems, and verifying customer information. Will also be assisting supervisors Liz Holland and Jeanne Detweiler and the pay rate will be of an Administrative Assistant ($20.00/hour).
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: Prior administrative or clerical experience Skills: Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organizational: Strong organizational and planning skills. Time Management: Effective time management and multitasking abilities. Computer Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Other: Interpersonal skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Call center experience
Work Schedule:
Mondays through Fridays - 8am - 5pm
