Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Rockledge, FL

Schedule: Onsite | Flex schedule Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm 

Compensation: $18–$20/hr, depending on experience. Full or part-time hours are available.

Responsibilities:

•    Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and text

•    Conduct fingerprinting and saliva drug testing as needed

•    Answer phones for the Rockledge office

•    Maintain communication with candidates about assignments and job opportunities

•    Perform reference and background checks

•    Inform applicants of job details, including duties, compensation, schedules, and growth opportunities

•    Coordinate and represent the company at recruiting events (e.g., job fairs, community events)

•    Pre-Screen and interview applicants to minimum job qualifications

•    Schedule interviews with recruiters and hiring managers

•    Update applicants on the status of their applications

Requirements:

•    1–3 years of administrative support experience

•    Strong oral/written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

•    Customer service-oriented with ability to build rapport at all levels

•    Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills

•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office

•    Able to work independently and collaboratively

•    Detail-oriented with strong administrative capabilities

•    Energetic, motivated, and personable demeanor

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.

Valid FL Drivers License
