Full-time: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Pay Rate: $18/hr.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Electrical Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you will work with wiring and electrical components to build and assemble products. You’ll need good hand skills, the ability to follow instructions, and the strength to handle physical tasks. Must be dependable and hardworking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and assemble wire harnesses and electrical components.

• Install electrical parts into boxes or enclosures.

• Use hand tools and machines (such as drill presses) for cutting, drilling, or assembling.

• Read and follow blueprints or wiring diagrams.

• Document work and follow written instructions.

• Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.

• Help with general warehouse tasks as needed.

• Assist team members and work independently when required.

Requirements:

• Basic wiring skills (stripping wires, soldering, and crimping connectors).

• Advanced wiring skills are a plus (using automated wire cutters or crimping machines).

• Comfortable using hand tools and operating a drill press.

• Able to read blueprints or electrical schematics.

• Strong focus and ability to perform repetitive work accurately.

• Good problem-solving skills and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Able to lift up to 80 lbs on a semi-regular basis.

• High school diploma or GED required.
