About the Job
We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide advanced administrative and secretarial support to program staff, supervisors, and management. This role handles a variety of moderately complex to highly complex tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.
What You’ll Do

Manage office records, files, personnel documents, and meeting schedules

Enter and track revenue receipts; prepare revenue reports

Oversee payroll processing and resolve payroll issues

Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, agendas, and case files
-
Handle confidential information with discretion

Arrange meetings, maintain calendars, and provide logistical support
-
Assist with purchasing, accounts payable, and budget tracking
-
Draft and prepare budget documents for supervisor review

Process work orders and coordinate office functions with other departments

Answer calls, provide customer service, and route inquiries appropriately

Support special projects or processes as assigned
Qualifications

Strong administrative and clerical skills with attention to detail

Experience with payroll, purchasing, and budget support preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
