About the Job

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide advanced administrative and secretarial support to program staff, supervisors, and management. This role handles a variety of moderately complex to highly complex tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage office records, files, personnel documents, and meeting schedules

  • Enter and track revenue receipts; prepare revenue reports

  • Oversee payroll processing and resolve payroll issues

  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, agendas, and case files

  • Handle confidential information with discretion

  • Arrange meetings, maintain calendars, and provide logistical support

  • Assist with purchasing, accounts payable, and budget tracking

  • Draft and prepare budget documents for supervisor review

  • Process work orders and coordinate office functions with other departments

  • Answer calls, provide customer service, and route inquiries appropriately

  • Support special projects or processes as assigned

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and clerical skills with attention to detail

  • Experience with payroll, purchasing, and budget support preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
