Part-time General Laborer

Position Title: Part-Time General Laborer
Location: Bradenton, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (minimum 20 hours per week)
Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
Type: Temporary (with potential to become permanent based on workload and performance)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time General Laborer to join our team in Bradenton. This temporary role offers the opportunity for long-term placement and expanded hours depending on project size and business needs.

Job Duties:

• Load and unload trucks with blinds (up to 25 lbs).

• Assist the supervisor by opening and organizing large boxes of blinds for installation.

• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, squatting, and carrying materials.

Requirements:

• Must be able to understand and communicate effectively in English.

• Must have dependable transportation to and from the storage facility loading location.

• Because this role involves working in luxury private homes, candidates must take pride in their professional presentation, maintain excellent personal hygiene and grooming standards, and demonstrate a polished, respectful demeanor at all times. Professionalism, discretion, and a courteous attitude are essential when interacting with clients and representing our company in these high-end environments.

Dress Code:

• Clean pants or shorts (no graphics, holes, tears, or rips).

• Company T-shirt provided at no cost.

• Tennis shoes or work boots required.
