Job Title: Office Assistant (Part-Time)

Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support clerical and administrative functions within our recreation department. This role is ideal for someone seeking a part-time opportunity in a community-focused, team-oriented environment.
Primary Duties

Assist with organizing and maintaining participant records and program files

Prepare materials, rosters, and documentation for programs and events

Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide general customer service

Support scheduling, reservations, and coordination of facility use

Monitor supply inventory and help with ordering as needed

Perform general clerical duties including copying, scanning, and data entry

Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications

Prior clerical or office support experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational abilities

Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Friendly, customer-service oriented, and comfortable interacting with the public
