Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM M-F

Compensation: $17/hour
Position Overview
The Temporary Customer Experience Specialist serves as a front-line representative. This role greets and assists visitors at designated facilities, providing courteous, professional, and efficient customer service. The specialist directs guests to appropriate departments, answers general inquiries about services, and performs light clerical duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

One (1) year of customer service or clerical experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
