REQUIREMENTS for Business Developer:
-Must be adaptable and be able to communicate to a variety of individuals
-Must be able to maintain current and attract new business partnerships
-Must be able represent AWG in a professional manner
-Must be HIGHLY driven and WANT to win
QUALIFICATIONS for Business Developer:
-Prior sales experience is a plus but not required
-Prior staffing experience is a huge plus
-Effective written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent computer skills, including timely documentation
-Must have high integrity and be able to work in a Team or alone
-Must be able hit and exceed set metrics
DETAILS for Business Developer:
-Pay $20-24/hour DOE, plus commission
-Full time Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm
-Mileage reimbursement
