CNC Production Supervisor

AppleTree Staffing is seeking qualified applicants for our client’s CNC Production Supervisor position in the Mount Comfort area.

Summary:

Oversees and coordinates production activities within the manufacturing department to ensure efficient operations and high-quality output.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Reviewing production orders and schedules to determine product specifications and delivery dates.

• Planning production operations, prioritizing tasks, and establishing manufacturing sequences.

• Creating operational schedules and coordinating activities to meet product quality and delivery requirements.

• Analyzing production and operating reports to identify and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues.

• Inspecting machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance and utilization.

• Developing and enforcing standard operational practices, and monitoring worker compliance.

• Compiling, storing, and retrieving production data for analysis and reporting.

• Supervising and coordinating timekeeping activities, including PTO processing.

• Performing daily operational tasks and responsibilities as needed, depending on staffing levels.

• Implementing disciplinary actions as necessary to maintain productivity and discipline.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree. Equivalent related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
