Summary:
As a Batching Technician, you will play a pivotal role in the production of various over-the-counter healthcare products through a sophisticated and proprietary process. Your primary objective will be to replicate products accurately, adhering to the correct formulation and mixing instructions to meet stringent quality standards.
Responsibilities:

Follow precise instructions for weighing, transporting, and mixing required ingredients in bulk tanks.

Adhere strictly to safety protocols, good manufacturing practices, and company policies and guidelines.

Set up hoses, pumps, and lines for bulk product transfers.

Collaborate with quality control to manage tank test samples and filter checks.

Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of batching rooms, tanks, and all other batching equipment.

Complete all necessary documentation for batching operations.
Qualifications:

Prior experience in batching is preferred.

Forklift certification is required.

Ability to lift up to fifty pounds.

Basic mathematical skills and understanding.
