Customer Service Representative

AppleTree Staffing is partnering with one of our clients on the Southside of Indianapolis to help them identify a National Brand Representative/Customer Service to join their team.

In this role, the PM/CSR will leverage their skills in the following ways.

• Front-line communications with accounts

• Project management of customer initiatives

• Project management of internal manufacturing processes

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following attributes:

Experience/knowledge in the following desired but not necessary:

• Graphic arts, packaging, printing

• Adobe Creative Suite

• Office 365

• FileMakerPro

• CRM
