Maintenance Tech - All Shifts

We are seeking a Maintenance Tech to join our client's team in Johnson County and ensure seamless production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Observe, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery (mechanical and electrical).

  • Dismantle equipment to replace or repair defective parts using hand and power tools.

  • Determine and order necessary materials and parts for repairs.

  • Perform regular cleaning and lubrication of machinery.

  • Uphold plant safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.

  • Keep work areas clean and organized.

  • Train new and existing team members on maintenance tasks.

  • Take part in on-the-job training opportunities to expand skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to stand/walk on concrete in a high-speed production environment.

  • Comfortable climbing stairs/ladders up to 15 feet.

  • Able to lift up to 75 pounds.

General Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (college, technical, or vocational education preferred).

  • Experience: Previous manufacturing work experience required.

  • Skills:

    • Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and equipment manuals.

    • Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical controls with troubleshooting skills.

    • Familiarity with shop mathematics and measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).

  • Communication: Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills.

  • Flexibility: Available for all shifts, overtime, and short notice assignments.

  • Safety Compliance: Must wear safety gear, including glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, gloves, steel-toed shoes, and hair/beard covering.
