We are hiring multiple Quality Control Associates for our client on the southwest side of Indianapolis!

The Quality Control Associates will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards before they are released to the market. This includes conducting inspections, testing products, and implementing quality control procedures.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

  • Test products using various methods and equipment to verify that they meet established quality criteria.

  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure consistent quality standards are met throughout the production process.

  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues that arise during production.

  • Develop and maintain quality control documentation and records.

  • Train and educate production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.


Requirements:

  • Previous manufacturing and quality experience

  • High-level attention to detail

  • Previous machine operation experience is a plus

  • Good work history (no job hopping)

  • Perfectly clean criminal background record

  • Ability to pass a drug screening

  • Positive attitude

  • Desire to work in a team environment

  • Outstanding work ethic

  • Strong attendance record

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • HS Diploma or GED

JOB TYPE: FULL TIME

SHIFT: 1st (7:30 am-3:30 pm)

PAY RATE: $19+/HR based on experience
