Duties, Responsibilities, & Requirements:

Age requirement: Minimum 18 years old

Education: High school diploma

Screening: Must pass a drug test, background check with fingerprints, and physical w/TB test

Childcare Responsibilities: Provide attentive care for children across various age groups, demonstrating flexibility and patience

Parent Communication: Effectively communicate with parents regarding student progress, status, and daily activities

Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, maintain organization, and adhere to outlined lesson plans for respective age groups

Cleaning Duties: Willingness to undertake cleaning tasks as an integral part of the role

Personal Boundaries: Maintain professional boundaries with children, demonstrating care without becoming overly familiar
