Line Lead Supervisor

AppleTree Staffing is excited to partner with a client in Columbus seeking a Line Lead Supervisor. The goal of the Line Lead Supervisor will be to oversee and ensure production lines are maintaining production goals while meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Set up the production line and check the equipment before beginning production

• Delegate production line responsibilities at the beginning of each shift

• Train workers on their assigned stations within the line while enforcing company policies and guidelines

• Give Production Associates recognition and feedback throughout the shift

• Assist Production Associates when necessary

• Communicate with the maintenance team when machine issues arise

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all workers

Requirements:

• Previous Line Lead experience is preferred

• Excellent coaching and communication skills

• Ability to troubleshoot issues

• Team-oriented

• Commitment to following company policies and guidelines

• Able to deal with complex situations in a fast-paced setting

• Excellent attendance record
