Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour, paid weekly!
Shift: Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:00pm, some Saturdays 8:00am-2:30pm
Employment Type: Part time to Full time
About this Opportunity:
We're hiring a dedicated Baker for a reputable company in Minneapolis!
What You’ll Be Doing:
The Baker is responsible for providing daily coordination for the execution of Back of House operations, sanitation and setup tasks. In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate, motivate, support interns and back of house employees to ensure growth and success.
What makes you a great fit:
• 1-3 Years of progressive bakery / pastry experience
• Have a passion for baking and culinary arts. Some level of formal culinary training is highly desired.
• Strong leadership skills with a desire to help interns and back of house staff grow and advance in their careers
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Are quick learners and enjoy teamwork.
• Can work early morning shifts beginning at 5:00AM in Minneapolis.
