Pay: $45,000-$70,000 per year, depending on experience level

About this Opportunity:
The Shift Supervisor oversees all the activities of the Sheet Metal Fabrication, Powder Coat, and Parts Departments while ensuring the end results meet or exceed defined expectations according to in-house leadership, development training, and customer requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Applying company policies and Quality Management System (QMS) processes to ensure continued compliance with ISO Certification.
Providing superior customer service to their internal and external customers.
Leading a team through an environment of continuous improvement
Modeling the necessary mentoring skills and behaviors needed to assist in achieving apg’s Mission, Vision, Quality Policy, and strategic goals.
What makes you a great fit:
5-7 years of relevant manufacturing sheet metal, powder coat, and parts department experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience successfully leading others.
Experience leading others over multiple shifts preferred.
