Pay: $21.00 per hour, paid weekly!
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

We are a full-service disaster restoration company seeking to immediately hire a full-time recruiting professional to join our continuously growing team. You will be conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions within our company. Do you like working in a fast paced, positive, and challenging environment? Look no further. What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards and social media.

Recruiting of new Team Members.

Recruiting/onboarding of sub-contractor labor to work with our team.

Resume Screening.
-
Schedule and perform interviews based on our company process.

Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills and experience.

Report numbers and results to executive team.

Schedule and perform cultural interviews with executive team.

Assist in onboarding and welcoming new team members.

Manage recruiting budget.

Hold recruiting events, communicate with staffing agencies to maintain existing relationships.

Bi-Lingual in English/Spanish required.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask to solve problems quickly.

Strong decision-making skills.

Recruiting experience preferred, but not required.
