Great company in Charlotte is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical- electrical background completing work orders and other tasks relating to general commercial or residential property maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Change light bulbs and ballasts in offices and common areas as needed.
- Unclog sinks and toilets, adjust flush valves, water heater repairs or replacement and other minor plumbing requests.
- Lock and unlock buildings and suites. Make keys for suites as needed.
- Utilize computer system to monitor and control HVAC system as well as damper adjustments for temperature control.
- Building Walk-Throughs weekly to check for issues or alert property managers.
- Weekly fire pump and generator tests.
- Minor sheetrock repair and painting.
- Replace ceiling tiles as needed.
- Hang picture, whiteboards and other item for tenants.
- Remove trash & debris.
- Lift overhead and carry 50 lb bags or boxes of material such as lights, pipe, filters, ladders or other parts or tools as needed.
