Process Technician

Setup and operate machine to mold plastic products according to specification Provide technical expertise Implement training materials and trains operators and technicians on new or changing operational processes Focus on quality of work/quality checks Perform toot cause analysis on equipment to reduce defects and ensure product quality Improve the quality, equipment, cycle time, and energy usage of equipment Manage and assist with new launches of equipment Collect data and monitor processes to ensure efficiencies and reduce downtime Train and develops junior technicians and operators on process operations, safety protocol and equipment Report any issues which may impact production Perform required quality checks Learn minor trouble shooting/machine processes Requirements Must wear proper PPE at all times Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Can withstand manufacturing hot working conditions Good Attendance Must be able to work overtime when needed Other duties required by management
