Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician performs routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment, systems, and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
SHIFT: Mon – Thurs 6:30 am – 4:30 pm. Sometimes ½ days on Friday. Lunch is at 11:15 – 11:45.
PAY: $15 to $18/HR
Key Responsibilities
Inspect, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, and building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC).
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to schedules.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and determine appropriate solutions.
Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs in a timely manner.
Install, replace, or upgrade equipment and components.
Keep accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain tools, spare parts, and maintenance inventory.
Coordinate with contractors or vendors when specialized repairs are required.
Identify potential issues and recommend improvements to reduce downtime.
