Switcher / Forklift Driver

The Switcher Driver / Forklift Driver is responsible for supporting warehouse and logistics operations by safely moving trailers within the yard and operating forklifts to handle materials inside the warehouse. This dual-role position ensures the efficient flow of trailers, products, and materials to support shipping, receiving, and production schedules while maintaining compliance with all company safety standards.

High School Diploma or GED preferred:

*Background and Drug Test Required

· Valid driver’s license

· Forklift certification/license required (or ability to obtain upon hire).

· 1–2 years of experience as a yard switcher or truck driver preferred.

· 1+ year of forklift or warehouse experience preferred.

· Knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling, and trailer safety procedures.

· Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
