Position: Project Manager Assistant - Commercial Construction (Remote Opportunity)

Location: Remote / But based out of AUSTIN , DALLAS OR SAN ANTONIO / we will have some days where you might need to be at CORP HQ in AUSTIN or  Projects in Dallas.  Some light  day travel -  on occasssion but rare.

Key Divisions:

• General Commercial Construction: Focusing on retail, hospitality, hotel, tenant improvements (TI), and medical projects.
• Specialized Construction Division: Concentrating on convenience stores, and larger petroleum and gas station projects, including brands like Q-trips.

Role Overview: The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience from the general contracting sphere, having managed multiple projects in the 3M-15M range, and larger individual projects up to 25M. This remote role demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with project management teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Utilize Procore technology for project management, demonstrating fluency in its application to streamline project processes.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with a General Contractor on a variety of commercial construction projects.
2. Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, as well as larger single projects up to 25M.
3. Proficiency in Procore is essential.
4. Exceptional references from previous employers and project management teams.
5. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
6. Passionate about construction, with a drive to exceed client expectations while fostering a fun and productive work environment.
