Job Title: Service Adviser (Outbound Sales)

Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Service Adviser to join our plumbing service firm. As a Service Adviser, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to existing clients and previous clients. Your primary focus will be to follow up on proposals that our clients are reviewing for work to be performed. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound sales calls to existing clients and previous clients.
2. Follow up on proposals that clients are reviewing for work to be performed.
3. Provide information about our plumbing services and answer any questions or concerns the clients may have.
4. Identify and pursue upselling opportunities based on clients' needs and preferences.
5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
7. Stay updated on our services, promotions, and industry trends.
8. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in the service industry.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
5. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
6. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office applications.
7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
8. Knowledge of plumbing services or related industry experience is advantageous.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
