Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Construction Executive Assistant with a specific focus on development projects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the construction executive team in managing and coordinating various aspects of development initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of construction processes, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Project Coordination:

  • Assist in the coordination of development projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, contracts, and reports.
  • Generate regular progress reports and updates for the executive team.
  • Organize and manage project-related files and documentation.

Financial Oversight:

  • Support the executive team in budget development and monitoring for development projects.
  • Track project expenses, analyze cost reports, and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports for executive review.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Stay informed about local zoning regulations, building codes, and other relevant construction standards.
  • Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for development projects.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Communication and Liaison:

  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the project team and address any issues that may arise during development.
  • Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential development opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in the preparation of feasibility studies for new development projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or project coordinator in the construction industry, with a focus on development.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
