NOW HIRING – GENERAL LABORER & CARPENTER HELPER (TEMP–TO–PERM)
Location: Austin, TX (Shop plus Outdoor Yard Environment)
Schedule: 40 plus hours/week
Transition to Permanent After 120 Days
We are hiring 1 General Laborer and 1 Carpenter Helper for a reputable construction/remodel company in the Austin area. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity for dependable individuals who want long-term stability.
JOB DETAILS
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Work performed in a shop and outdoor yard environment
Tasks include general construction labor, remodel/refurb work, material handling, cleanup, assisting carpenters, and basic tool use
Hard hat, work boots, and PPE required daily
Must be able to work in inclement weather (heat, cold, rain)
Follow all safety protocols – safety is non-negotiable
REQUIREMENTS
Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
Minimum 1 year construction experience (verifiable with references)
Reliable transportation to/from work
Strong work ethic & willingness to learn
Comfortable with physical labor and outdoor work
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
