CBSA Staffing Agency LLC is seeking an independent Professional Recruiter with the ability to develop new business opportunities and recruit high level talent. This is an aggressive role for a motivated professional who is looking to use your skills to jump start a new sector of business for CBSA LLC.

Professional Recruiter must reside in the Maryland, DC and Virginia area market and will work remote with a flexible work schedule.

Job Requirements -

Collaborate with all levels of management & leadership -

Build relationships with clients that lead to new business opportunities -

Deliver success on sales metrics and growth goals -

Stay up-to-date on competitive trends, staffing/sourcing, marketing conditions -

Strong experience with sales, sourcing and/or marketing -

Strong communications skills -

Strong interpersonal skills -

Strong presentation skills (both in-person and on the phone) -

Ability to work with a team and independently -

Dependable, reliable and ethical individuals -

High-speed internet/phone connectivity required -

Experience with lead generation (cold calling, warm and hot leads, referrals) -

Min 2 years in sourcing/staffing/project/marketing sales experience Commission -

Contract only available (1099) -
