As a Purchasing Specialist, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping to ensure we have the materials needed to keep our production running smoothly. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Placing Purchase Orders (POs): You'll accurately create and submit purchase orders to our vendors for a variety of materials and components.
• Buying: Assist in the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness of goods.
• Running MRP (Material Requirements Planning): Learn to utilize our MRP system to identify material needs, ensuring we have the right quantities at the right time.
• Accounts Payable (A/P) Support: Collaborate with our accounting team to reconcile invoices and resolve any discrepancies related to purchased goods.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Assist in inventory management tasks as needed.
