Tasks:

Execute the quality system activities to prevent quality deviations

Zero tolerance for defects
-
Analysis and troubleshooting in support of efforts to reduce non-conformances
-
Collect and record required process data into databases.
-
Support and guide the organization and coordination of inspection and sorting activities.
-
Support the decision on the usability of damaged materials.
-
Monitor and audit operator performance to our rules and standards
-
Perform process/product audits & work with team on preventive actions
-
Support teams in corrective/preventive actions
-
Coordinate collection of the quality related costs data
-
Assist in disposition of non-conforming materials in SQM quarantine area
-
Contribute to development and maintenance of reports tracking our KPI’s (key process indicators)
-
Management and escalation of blocked/suspect stock to ensure timely action closure
Requirements:
-
High School diploma or equivalent
-
3-5 years of manufacturing or technical quality experience
-
Good spoken and written English
-
Great problem solving and communication skills
-
Confident user of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Teams)
Preferred Qualifications:
-
2+ years in Electronics Manufacturing
-
Experience running calibrations or in calibration lab
-
Prefer experience with mechanical/electrical drawings & various measurement and inspection systems. (GD&T)
