Quality Inspector

Tasks:

• Execute the quality system activities to prevent quality deviations

• Zero tolerance for defects

• Analysis and troubleshooting in support of efforts to reduce non-conformances

• Collect and record required process data into databases.

• Support and guide the organization and coordination of inspection and sorting activities.

• Support the decision on the usability of damaged materials.

• Monitor and audit operator performance to our rules and standards

• Perform process/product audits & work with team on preventive actions

• Support teams in corrective/preventive actions

• Coordinate collection of the quality related costs data

• Assist in disposition of non-conforming materials in SQM quarantine area

• Contribute to development and maintenance of reports tracking our KPI’s (key process indicators)

• Management and escalation of blocked/suspect stock to ensure timely action closure

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 3-5 years of manufacturing or technical quality experience

• Good spoken and written English

• Great problem solving and communication skills

• Confident user of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Teams)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years in Electronics Manufacturing

• Experience running calibrations or in calibration lab

• Prefer experience with mechanical/electrical drawings & various measurement and inspection systems. (GD&T)
