Job description
Co-Staff is assisting a client in Janesville, WI that is currently in need of a temporary, part time Receptionist! This is a clerical position, and all work will be performed in a clerical/office setting. This position will run for approximately 2-3 months, possibly turning into a full-time temp to hire role!
Shift:
7am-12pm, Monday-Friday
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greets/screen visitors at the reception area
- Answer phones, forward call and/or and take messages
- General administration and clerical work
- Assist with AR (Accounts Receivable) related phone calls
- Copy and collate various documents, meeting packets, and reports
- Filing and organizing of files and documents
- Preparing meeting notices and minutes
- Retrieve, sort, open, and distribute mail
- Manage time sheets
- Schedule appointments and reserve conference rooms
- Data base entry
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in customer service or office environment is a must.
- Solid computer skills and data entry skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to multitask
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Patient and calm demeanor when dealing with customers
