1st Shift General Labor-Truss Assembler

Key Responsibilities:

1. Read and interpret blueprints to understand truss specifications.

2. Measure and cut lumber to required lengths for truss assembly.

3. Assemble trusses using hand tools and power tools in accordance with established guidelines.

4. Ensure the accuracy and quality of assembled trusses through thorough inspections.

5. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production goals.

6. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in truss assembly or carpentry is preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.

• Strong attention to detail and precision.

• Team player with excellent communication skills.
