Administrative assistant needed for a successful Property Owners Association in the Beaufort area. This role would serve as an executive assistant to the President and a point of contact to the homeowners to process questions, problems, and requests. Duties will also include handling some of the systems administration for the organization, which would consist of maintaining administrative rights and troubleshooting issues with vendors. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent phone etiquette, and be focused on customer service and quality. Flexibility and a strong work ethic are very important - a self-starter with solid administrative experience.
