We have an excellent Customer Service opportunity with an established company in Bluffton, SC.
This would be for inbound customer service calls within the Call Center Customer Advocacy team.
Monday – Friday 10am – 7pm schedule. There would be opporutnity for overtime in the mornings. The department is closed Saturdays and Sundays currently.
This is an in-person opportunity, not remote. First 3 weeks would be training 8am – 5pm then agent would be moved to regular schedule of 10am – 7pm with potential overtime needed between 8am – 10am hours on some days depending on call volume.
