Part-time Sales Support Rep to assist with an 8 month project. The rep will assist customers with payments, returned equipment and provide customer delight to internal and external customers. Work hours would mainly be on Saturdays from 9am - 2pm with flexibility to fill in for other shifts when needed. Qualified candidate will have experience in: Payment processing, computer proficiency, customer service, reliability and great communication skills.

FUNCTION: Coordinate the receipt and distribution of customer requests for pricing, delivery, and technical information for machines and parts.
1) Answer and return all customer and field representative inquiries in a timely manner.
2) Clear all requests for non-standard pricing with the Customer Service Manager or General Sales Manager prior to commitment.
