Account Managers/CSRs are responsible for client satisfaction. The CSR is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. Provide support for the customer service department.
-Assist CSR's with processing Return Authorization requests.
-Update order detail to retail customer profiles
-Assist with processing POs
-Assist with invoices
-Order research/shipping status
-Other duties as assigned.
This role will focus primarily on internal account management.
