TThe position is responsible for providing support for business systems and applications. Perform administration functions, modification and maintenance and enhancement on existing systems; assist in designing and developing new web and client based applications. Perform application upgrades, installation, configuration, custom development and package integration and troubleshooting technical issues, and maintain application SLA(service Level Agreement) uptime. Identify business problems and propose solutions. Provide required support documentation such as software/application inventory list, vendor contact information, application version and tracking list, and operational manuals and other application related documents. Develop and analysis reports based on business requirement

 

Essential Duties: Strong background in IT Support, system design, application administration, Strong software implementation skills on Microsoft Windows platform, Windows XP, Windows 7 and higher, Server 2003 and higher. Web development and deployment skills with HTML, DHTML, VBScript, JavaScript and CSS. and Adobe Creative Suite, Crystal Report Development, MS Office Suite, SharePoint development and InfoPath Form Development. Working knowledge of networking technologies, including security and encryption on the internet, and basic web networking concepts. Familiar with XML skills of XPath, XQuery and XSLT.

 

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information System or closely related field; and five(5) years preferred; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. Microsoft Certification desired but not mandatory based on level of experience and other training.
