We are seeking Call Center Customer Service Representatives! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Call on potential customers and walk them through sales process

  • Read off of a script, to engage potential customers.

  • Handle customer inquiries

  • Provide information about the products and services

  • Troubleshoot issues and concerns

  • Document and update customer records based on interactions.

  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Ability to build rapport with potential clients

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

  • Positive, energetic and professional demeanor

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
