Inside Sales | Heavy Equipment Industry

We are seeking a Counter/Inside Sales Representative of heavy equipment ground engaging tools to join our team! You will develop leads and seek opportunities to present additional products to current customers while ensuring a smooth sales process and resolving customer questions about the products.

Location: Phoenix AZ

 Pay Scale: $19.00-$23.50 – to start (based on experience), DOE 

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming phone calls

• Provide superior customer service

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Proficient at data entry and Microsoft products

• Order taking for heavy equipment ground engaging wear parts

• Promoting products and services

• Resolve customers questions and complaints

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

• Maintain a high level of product, market and industry knowledge

• Knowledge of Great Plains or Global Shop Software is a plus!

?Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales and customer service.

• Previous experience with heavy equipment industry (ground engaging tools)

• Ability to multitask, be organized, and a team player

• High School Diploma

• Be able to stand for long periods of time
