Elias & Co. Staffing, a highly reputable staffing company servicing Southern California has an immediate need for a results-oriented Account Executive. The sales territory includes the Inland Empire. Excellent base salary plus, commission, and car allowance. The successful candidate will be a self-driven, self-motivated, individual who supports our mission, shares our values, and embraces our company culture.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers through cold calls/ visits, networking, etc…

• Conduct assessment meetings to determine customer needs and pair value add solutions

• Conduct safety and other risk assessments of prospective customers

• Learn about customers’ business and teach branch staff

• Help resolve customer complaints

• Develop effective sales pitches, campaigns, and sales strategies

• Determine appropriate pricing

• Present, negotiate and close sales agreements within target expectations

• Maintain a working knowledge of competitors pricing and sales strategies

• Maintain up-to-date notes on all client prospects within Tempworks software

• Report on established metrics

• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

• Consistently achieve and exceed customer expectations

 

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years recruitment/ staffing sales

• Must be goal-oriented

• Must be ambitious

• Must be kind, respectful, and honest

• Must have good business ethics

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Basic knowledge of the staffing industry and workplace safety

• Basic knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Skilled in public speaking and presenting

• Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships

• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback

• Ability to negotiate and close deals

• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively

• Ability to articulate company’s mission, vision, values, and competitive advantages
