Looking for an experienced Masonry & Concrete Working Foreman
Job type: Full-time
Salary: Up to $50 per hr

In this hands-on role, you will not only coordinate operations and oversee workers at construction sites but also actively participate in the construction work alongside your team. As the point of reference for both workers and supervisors, your in-field construction experience, ability to direct the work of others, and quick problem-solving skills will play a key role in the successful completion of projects. Your well-organized approach and commitment to safety will contribute to our continued legacy of excellence.
Responsibilities
-Coordinate construction tasks according to priorities and plans
-Actively participate in construction work alongside team members
-Monitor attendance, morale, and skill sets of the crew
-Allocate general and daily responsibilities
-Supervise, train, and work with workers and tradespeople
-Ensure adequate manpower and resources
-Guarantee safety precautions and quality standards are met and maintained
-Supervise the use of machinery and equipment while also operating them as needed
-Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
-Resolve problems as they arise
-Report on progress to managers, engineers, etc.
Ideal Candidate
-Valid driver's license
-7+ years of masonry/concrete construction experience preferred
-Ability to perform essential job functions, including machinery and working with heavy materials (concrete/block/brick)
-Exceptional attention to detail
-Proactive thinker
-Excellent communication skills
-Willingness to be hands-on and actively participate in construction work
