Job description

Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability for warehouse distribution
- Analyze sales data and trends to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts
- Conduct financial modeling to forecast demand and plan inventory replenishment
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts and pricing terms
- Utilize data from Nielsen and other sources to track market trends and adjust inventory strategies accordingly
- Monitor product performance and make recommendations for assortment changes
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align inventory plans with sales forecasts and promotional activities
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in inventory management or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- Familiarity with category management principles and best practices
- Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes and systems
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing terms with suppliers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
