We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join one of our clients team. We are seeking an independent, entrepreneurial, friendly and driven candidate to interact with customer's daily on site.
Role Description
This is a full-time Market Manager role for one of the Elias & Co. Staffing clients located in Anaheim, CA. The Market Manager will be responsible for overseeing marketing campaigns, developing and executing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends and competition, managing a team, and presenting reports to upper management. The Market Manager will also be responsible for conducting market research, identifying target audiences, and collaborating with other departments.
Qualifications
Experience in marketing and retail sales experienced highly preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in managing marketing campaigns from inception to execution
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work on-site
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Netinsight, Omniture and WebTrends.
Experience in the staffing industry is a plus
Previously worked in a Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing company is a plus
