We are currently seeking a Quality Inspector for a Hydraulics System Manufacture.
Pay rate: $20/hr-$30/hr DOE
Job Summary: Inspects in-process and final inspection of parts to customer supplied blueprint requirements. Utilizes inspections methods and measuring devices, verify dimensions of parts, and documents findings indicating results of inspections. Oversees inspection activities are being carried out by inspection team.
Skills and Education Requirements:
At least one year of experience.
Knowledge of Inspection techniques;
Knowledge and interpretation of Blueprints;
Knowledge of Calibration System to ANSI Z540;
Knowledge of Statistical Process Control;
Knowledge of AS9100 &ISO9001 Quality System.
Knowledge utilizing measuring tools including but not limited to: Calipers, Micrometers, Blade micrometers, Dial indicators, Height gages, Optical comparators, Sunnen gages, and Air gaging.
