Aerospace Industry | Deburring $17-$19/hr

Job Summary:  Removes burrs from manufactured parts using a variety of hand held tools per customer supplied blue prints, written and/or verbal instructions. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Interprets blueprint requirements for edge breaks by blending, buffing or blasting away hanging burrs using a variety of abrasives and tools;
• Identify any possible nicks and dings and properly repair while maintaining blue print specifications;
• Remove FOD using a parts washer;  
• Use Glass bead and aluminum oxide machines to clean and/or deburr parts;        
• Responsible for complying with company policies and quality system standards;
• Other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.
