Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM + OT & Weekends as needed
Pay: $19–$24/hour (DOE)
Position Summary
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our production team.
You will play a key role in operating equipment, assembling products, and maintaining production flow. You’ll ensure quality standards are met, follow safety protocols, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Production Operations
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assemble, package, or process products per instructions.
- Monitor output to ensure quality standards.
- Assist with equipment setup and line changeovers.
Quality Control
- Inspect products for defects or deviations.
- Follow GMP and quality assurance procedures.
- Report quality issues promptly.
Safety & Compliance
- Adhere to OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and company safety policies.
- Wear required PPE and follow safe work practices.
- Report hazards, accidents, or equipment issues.
Teamwork & Communication
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Communicate issues and improvement ideas.
- Support training of new employees.
Qualifications
Required:
- Must be bilingual and able to pass E-Verify.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in manufacturing or assembly.
- Familiarity with GMP, ISO, and other quality standards.
- Mechanical aptitude or machinery operation experience.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work in varying temperatures, including warm areas.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
