Duties and Responsibilities

Prepares shipping orders for processing when received from the Transportation department.

Schedules all appointments for truck load carriers. Using the carriers provided by the Transportation department.

Processes transfer orders for the Shipping Order (SO) to relieve the inventory of the proper amount and assists Distribution in pulling the correct materials.

Coordinate with Labeling department and Material Handler ll on shipping orders.

Generates UCC128 labels for orders to insure proper delivery.

Checks in truck drivers and advises the warehouse supervisor or assistant operations manager of their arrival.

Generates the Bill of Lading (BOL) for less than truck loads (LTL) and truckload shipments.

Processes the Post Goods Issue within SAP to complete the SO.

May enter and prepare parcel shipments threw process weaver (Fed Ex/UPS/international/DHL).

Separates and collates SO, Transfer Order and BOL paperwork for Shipping and Accounting.

Files paperwork in the Shipping office for future reference.

Provides accounting with copies of the SO’s and BOL’s per their request.

Researches and provides proof of deliveries for claims upon request.

Assists inbound receiving lead in all container receiving functions.

Follows internal controls and company policies as set by Pacific Cycle and job function.

Contributes to the success of Pacific Cycle Inc. by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned.

Pay rate - $16.50
Shift - 1st 5am - 1:30pm Monday - Friday must be able to work OT
Location - Rancho Cucamonga
Must be Bilingual
