Working independently under broad organization guidelines to ensure the overall success of the Sales team. The Sales Coordinator will provide optimal administrative support to serve the broader needs of the Sales Department and to provide information and assistance to customers. Typical Reporting Lines: CEO, Vice President Sales, Sales Manager II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Assist in the development and preparation of formal proposals and presentations ? Complete and submit prequalification packages ? Develop Power-Point Sales & Marketing Presentations ? Research and distribute bid opportunities, manage bid calendar and provide assistance with bids ? Coordinate and manage logistics for trade shows and customer events ? Create specific marketing collateral (i.e.; brochures, case studies) and manage marketing brochure library ? Develop / Execute / Manage targeted E-mail and Web Marketing Campaigns ? Manage company’s social media accounts (i.e.; Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) ? Manage “Projects” section of company website and “Sales Update” section for quarterly company newsletter ? Manage Internal Company Marketing efforts. ? Provide administrative support to the CEO, Sales Manager(s) and Sales Team, as needed ? Effective proactive liaison with all departments to provide support on project based work ? Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to customers ? Research and investigate information to enable strategic decision-making by others ? Manage, organize and update data using word processing and spreadsheet applications ? Adhere to company policies, procedures, HR, Safety Plan and others III. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: ? Must be punctual and work within business hours and scheduled breaks ? Master Level Software proficiency with MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, Publisher, Visio, Adobe InDesign ? Excellent verbal/written communication, professional appearance and telephone etiquette ? Ability to set priorities while working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities ? Ability to independently initiate action under areas of responsibility ? Ensure quality, timeliness, and completeness of work performed ? Ability to provide outstanding service to internal and external customers in a courteous and professional manner ? Work effectively with all levels of employees and under general supervision IV. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS ?
