GENERAL SUMMARY: This position is responsible for working with the LED team during the development, installation, and troubleshooting processes of deploying a Visual LED environment on a production stage. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Proficiency with professional LED display & engineering products. • Detailed knowledge of rigging, electrical, data, and environmental limitations of LED display products. • Able to quickly troubleshoot display issues as they arise. • Interface with labor crews, riggers, and/or coworkers to safely construct LED screens and related video systems. • Must understand video engineering workflow implications specific to the film industry, particularly 24 & 48 frame engineering. • Basic understanding of weight and power draw • Must display professional on-set etiquette and be familiar with the structure of both film and live events production process. • Detailed knowledge of LED display and technical specification of LED inventory. Must have knowledge of how to properly handle, maintain, and dismantle LED panels. • Willingness and ability to work long hours based on varying production schedule needs • Adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands, changes approach or method to best fit the situation, able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
