Manufacturing Engineer The ideal candidate will assist operations and engineering in problem-solving and in tasks directly involved in enabling productions to meet its goals.

Tasks may include:

• Equipment modifications or calibrations to assist in improved productivity.

• Identifying problem areas/trouble shooting issues

• Revising and implementing solutions.

• Documentation of process stops and updating data method sheets.

• Work with Design Engineers on new products and design changes.

• Supporting production in all areas to include:

Equipment calibration & repair

Testing and troubling shooting product

Knowledge of how to use test chambers.

Order production consumable materials

Operation issues

Facilities (Full site)

Must be able to work independently on projects to troubleshoot technical issues with minimal supervision.

A successful candidate will have:

• 3 to 5 years working in a Manufacturing Environment as an Electrical Engineer.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a RF/Microwave or Electronics environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering

• Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering with addition experience

• Proficiency in MS Visio is a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Recent Graduates in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering will be considered and entered into the Trainee Program. Pay based on direct experience.


Job Type: Full-time Salary: $18.55-$33.37 per hour


* Evaluate precision and accuracy of production and testing equipment and engineering drawings to formulate corrective action plan.
